Your New Smyrna Beach getaway begins the moment you walk through the door. This charming two-bedroom, two-bath townhome offers beautiful ocean views from both the living area and the primary bedroom. Comfortably sleeping up to five guests, it’s a perfect choice for a relaxing family beach escape—and includes the bonus of a private one-car garage.

A short set of steps leads into the bright living area, where a large leather sectional and chaise provide the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the ocean views through the sliding glass doors or watching the flat-screen TV. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the pool and beach—an ideal place for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Just a few steps up, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and green granite tile countertops. A large counter with three stools offers extra seating and prep space, while the adjacent dining area includes a glass-top table with seating for six. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and stunning ocean views you can enjoy without leaving the bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower with glass enclosure and a spacious vanity.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a futon for additional sleeping space, a tall dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combination with a marble vanity.

Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, soft linens, and a private one-car garage, providing everything you need for a comfortable and memorable beach stay.

Oceanside Village is a direct oceanfront New Smyrna Beach Condo Rental complex located on A1A. Built in the 80's, this small quaint community is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Each unit at Oceanside Village provides beautiful direct oceanfront views. Every townhome has a full equipped kitchen and its own washer and dryer. Located on the non-driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy surfing, shell hunting and romantic walks on the beach.

Area Attractions:

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish. Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great place for a family

The location is excellent. The property was very nice, clean and when we had an issue with the TV in the living room, someone came by to fix it. Loved being so close to beach or stepping out a few feet to the pool. Would rent again.

Relaxing beach getaway that has it all.

Escaped here for our anniversary and loved it. Great location close to stores and very quiet. This beautiful townhome had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing get away. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, beautifully furnished, even a laundry room. Literally steps from both the pool and the Atlantic. Lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of the waves. Also highly recommend the Garlic restaurant to compliment a romantic get away. Definately will return, maybe even with the kids next time. Spacious layout would be great for the family.
