Welcome to Oceanwalk 12-402! This condo offers guests a soothing retreat in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo and treats your family to a much-needed beach escape. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. It also features its own private entryway to the ocean-view balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo nearby.

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. This was a very nice home. I appreciate the availability of extra towels. The kitchen had a very good assortment of utensils and cooking supplies. The property managers were very responsive.

We had a great time. The only issue was that the fan on the balcony. One of the blades came off and fell The Jacuzzi didn’t work in the master bathroom .

We’ve stayed at Oceanwalk several times and have never been disappointed. Condo was as described and perfectly located to beach access. Only negative was the cable was not working upon arrival and the cable service had to be called out to correct it. A new box was installed thanks to the quick response of Great Ocean. Thank you.
