Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located in the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. Great place! You can hear and see the waves from the balcony, even though you’re across the street from the beach, and the beach side of the road is also lined with condos. There’s a direct walking path to the beach as well. There’s a nice heated pool inside the complex as well. The condo itself is gorgeous, with two nice bedrooms. The master has its own door to the balcony, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with large jet tub and separate shower, and a generous double vanity with two sinks. Large living and dining area, and a well-stocked kitchen with most appliances you’d need for a comfortable vacation. It also has its own laundry room. Private garage parking is included for one car, with a second pass provided for outdoor parking. Parking is gated, which gave us some trouble on the last night because the code expired a day early. There are no staff on site. Everything is done remotely by email. I did call the after-hours number when I got locked out of the parking area. There was a real person who ended up having to call a facility manager to resolve the issue. Overall it was an excellent stay!

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very modern and up to date and the home owners really made great efforts to supply the condo with extras if needed (extra charger blocks, games, etc.). That was very nice!

Loved the condo! A clean, comfortable space that had everything we needed. Thankful for the extras like beach chairs and cart. The condo is a short walk to the beach access so the cart is much needed. Would definitely recommend to others and choose to stay here again.

It was beautiful and really clean and I liked it because we could put or bikes in the garage and at 7 o’clock at night the garage door closed and you had to have garage opener to get in so I felt really satisfied with that and I sure will be back
