Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located in the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. Loved our stay with four adults and three kids. Such a spacious place, plenty of kitchen items for cooking full meals, plenty of beach stuff to the quick walk to the ocean with coolers, wagons, toys, etc. plenty of towels and nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Communication responses were a bit a slow and we didn’t have the pool pass for the majority of the stay but thankfully wasn’t a big issue. Pool guys were nice and fairly understanding. Hot water was emptied by one shower and you have to view a majority of info through a site you log on to rather than the Airbnb app (which I prefer to keep all in the app), but other than that we highly recommend and hope to return. Amazing pools for kids, even saw a rocket launch while in the area. Great stay.

A great, clean spot with solid amenities. It’s a little tricky to find the first time, but once you get your bearings it’s smooth and easy after that. The space is very well kept, quiet, and comfortable, no unnecessary noise and everything feels orderly and maintained. Great for families.

We loved this condo! It is one of the best locations within the Ocean Walk complex. It’s right across from the pool. It’s an end unit and has very nice views of the ocean, the estuary and the condo complex itself. It was quiet while we were there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We have stayed in this condo complex before and we love how close it is to the ocean. The condos (and complex) are beautiful and clean. The pool and tennis courts are a great addition. The only downside I have is that it’s toward the end of the strip so you always have an extra 4 miles to drive. Regardless, we continue to rent these condos and enjoy our stay each time!
