Welcome to Ponce de Leon Towers 207! This bright, easygoing second-floor condo in New Smyrna Beach is the perfect spot to settle in and enjoy beach life. We only stayed two short nights at this condo to end our busy trip at the Disney parks and see the beach, I was so sad our trip was so short because the condo felt like home. This condo was even better than I expected. It was very spacious and had plenty of comforts from home. Nothing had been forgotten. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Condo was exactly as pictured! The beds were comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I also want to highlight how well-stocked the condo was It truly felt like being at home, far more stocked than any other place we’ve stayed. The location offered great proximity to the beach, just a short walk from the door. We also accidentally left an item behind, and after reaching out, they quickly contacted the cleaner and arranged to have it shipped back to us. Communication was excellent throughout our stay.

Beautifully restored with nice master BR and walk in shower. Very convenience pool and beach entrance. Great room TV never worked properly as it could not connect to the internet. TV in BR worked fine. Need a welcome book with instructions on how to work TV and what the internet connections are. Enjoyed our stay- Reviewed On: 3/29/2026
