Inside, light blue and sandy tones mirror the beach just beyond your windows. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, white cabinetry, and a window overlooking the shoreline. Dine at the breakfast bar for three or the dining table for four.

The living room invites relaxation with a reclining sofa, pull-out couch, and a Smart TV with cable and streaming apps. Step onto the furnished balcony for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or a front-row view of the sunrise over the waves.

Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and well kept. I will say if that unit was available for sale my husband and I would consider purchasing it. The location was centrally located to restaurants and grocery

My family had a wonderful time here! We were so pleasantly surprised with all the beach items already there. My kids had a blast at the beach and the pool was perfect. I was so happy to be able to cook instead of eating out all the time, but the restaurants were all great. I love that Chase's is such a short walk to get great drinks and food. Definitely recommend to any families looking for a great place to take their kids for a beach stay. Or anyone really!

Absolutely Perfect!

It was the perfect place! Our family of four had a wonderful time! This perfect little condo is in the perfect spot, the perfect size, a beautiful view, it’s comfortable, clean, open and bright! It’s at the end of the drive beach, so you’re close to either beach option. It’s walking distance to a great park/playground, several restaurants and shops, but only a short drive to all the popular NSB spots. We had no issues during our 8 day stay. It was absolutely perfect!

Great vacation!

Property is as pictured and very clean. Location works perfect for us as we were visiting with friends also. Beach was beautiful. Lots of wind on the balcony, but it did not deter us from enjoying the ocean sunrise and moon. Would definitely come back!
