Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

Overall the stay was very enjoyable. Neighborhood was nice and close to activities, restaurants and beautiful views from the balcony. Check in was easy, plenty of parking and pool was nice. Only issue was the one elevator was out the entire week.

We loved our time at Ponce de Leon Towers unit 705! It was clean and quiet. The access to the everything--the elevator, the pool, the parking lot, and the beach--can't be beat! Being an end unit, the balcony view was amazing (fireworks for MILES on the 4th of July, all from the comfort of the balcony). The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
