Its blend of comfort and style (plus its quick access to the beach!) make this vacation rental the ideal retreat for you and a few loved ones.

The instant you step foot through the door, you'll be drawn into the soothing cream and olive tones, natural textures and accents, and weathered wood-tile flooring that spreads throughout the entire condo. The entryway flows into the stylish dining area that boasts of a round, glass table with four cushioned, metal chairs. While New Smyrna Beach is known for its delish, ever-growing restaurant scene, you won't be able to resist spending at least one meal around the tastefully decorated table.

To the left of the dining area, you'll find the charming galley kitchen. The cream cabinets, dark decorative hardware, and white appliances create a cottage-like ambiance that will keep you lingering in the kitchen for more than snack time. Pour yourself a hot cup from the drip coffee maker and catch up with a loved one over a morning jolt at the breakfast table for two- it even has a drop leaf should you need extra room for accompanying desserts! If cooking is your love language, you'll find this kitchen fully stocked with the staples you need for any culinary endeavor; all that's needed are groceries and a creative mind.

If your soul craves a quiet afternoon of catching up on your favorite show, you'll find the living room to be your place of Zen. Cozy up on either the suede, queen sleeper sofa or plush rocking recliner and turn the flat-screen TV on to a channel that will lull you into a relaxed state. Along with great natural lighting and a large mirror that opens up the room, this living area also provides a desk that's perfect for addressing beach postcards and sealing snail mail.

When the day's sandy fun draws to a close, retreat to your private bedroom for a glorious 8-hours' rest. The master bedroom artistically fuses both colorful fun and classic style into a charmingly modern atmosphere. You'll love the mustard yellow dresser and side tables and the contrast they bring to the bedding's soothing grey hues. Though you'll never want to pull yourself away from the cloud-like king bed in the morning, you'll find the bedroom's exclusive vanity table a coaxing incentive to start your day. This quaint set-up provides both a magnified and regular mirror, as well as a jewelry tray which gives your daily primping routine a touch of luxury. The bathroom provides guests with a standard bathtub and shower, a white, granite-top vanity, as well as extra storage space above the toilet.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet and cable TV.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

My stay

Very cute place and nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. Hot and stuffy with no way to adjust AC. No tub mat and tub is slick.

Great place for our adult only stay

Made a quick 4.5 day trip with my wife for some rest and relaxation. Condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Condo had everything we needed for our party of two. While this specific condo didn’t have what I consider an ocean view, it was conveniently located on the bottom floor and close to parking. Luckily for us, the weather was mostly good and we spent very little room in the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in the corner of the building away from the main courtyard, so you don't have ocean views or a balcony. But we brought our dog and it was PERFECT for that. The main bedroom has a door to the parking lot so we could take them out for a walk very easily.
The condo is very easily set up and we had everything we needed including chairs and a great beach umbrella, linens, cook ware, and towels. It's also walking distance to shops and food. C's Waffles was SO GOOD!!!
The beach was also clean and beautiful! We honestly never used the pool, but it was also very clean with great views of the ocean.
One thing that wasn't great was the pull out bed. It's very uncomfortable. But we brought a blow up mattress, so we just put that on the floor. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. Would absolutely book again.

Great time!

The place was all we needed for our 3 week stay. Being on the first floor was so convenient for a few reasons. The laundry was right around the corner,the pool was close, and to take our dog out for a walk.we went right out onto the parking lot. The condo had everything and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a find

I booked this for my elderly parents , they said it was perfect , clean everything they needed , so close to pool and beach and washing machine next door , I believe it had had a refurb which was great would definitely recommend this unit

Best Vacation Get Away Yet

We stayed at Sea Coast Gardens II Unit 115 which exceeded our expectations. Even my husband was impressed with the condo and how well the grounds and pool area are maintained. It was just perfect for our needs. The unit is modern, clean, and very organized. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we could possibly need. After a day of fun in the sun and having dinner, I enjoyed relaxing on the recliner chair watching movies on the flat screen TV. The queen size bed was very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay in unit 115 and would recommend it to others. We love the proximity of everything..restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. There even is a 7-Eleven walking distance away and if you're in the mood for some good tacos or ice cream, visit Izzy's right next door to 7-Eleven. The Great Ocean Condo management team was super helpful when I decided to add a day to my stay. It was a smooth and painless transaction. I look forward to my vacation stay. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and comfortable.
