This beautiful beach condo has been completely remodeled, professionally decorated and fully equipped with all the necessities needed for an amazing beach vacation. Located on the 4th floor in the popular Sea Coast Gardens complex, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath property has great views of the ocean and pools from the balcony.

The living room is tastefully furnished with a plush couch, comfortable chairs and an armoire that houses a flat-screen TV.

In the renovated kitchen you will find granite countertops, warm wood cabinetry and clean white appliances. It is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and flatware so you can make a home-cooked meal. The dinette area is right off the kitchen and comfortably seats 6.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large armoire with flat-screen TV, and soft bed linens. The master bath has a granite top vanity, large mirror, and standard size bath tub. In the second bedroom a queen size bed awaits along with a tall dresser to store your personals. There is even another TV for guests to enjoy! The guest bathroom is also updated with a granite top vanity and step in shower.

The laundry room is located close to this property as well as the elevators.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Exceptional

Absolutely perfect location, comfortable unit, and it had beach chairs and boogie boards. Beds were comfortable. So, I did not need to bring those. I would stay here again. Other reviewers have said this, but it needs to be said again…. Every single drawer and cabinet in the kitchen is filled with utensils and mixers and things. Some are duplicate. So, they need to free up a little room for you to put food and snacks. There’s nowhere to put food.

Good time

This property was as listed. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The pools, grills and shuffle board courts were wonderful. Definitely a place we would return to.

Summer getaway

The place was clean. The property nicely manicured although there is work being done it was still a great stay not too noisy. Had everything i needed.Definitely would revisit.

Had a great time. The beach was perfect for walks, bike rides, and just enjoying the views. Many amenities; heated pool, shuffleboard, water aerobics, exercise classes. Enjoyed some of the local restaurants, and was able to walk to many. Property management on site to handle any concerns. Can't wait to come back next year.
