Welcome to Sea Woods 115, a beautiful ground-level condo just a short walk from the beach. This spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo comes with free WIFI, 2 smart TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. The spacious bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and dressers available to make yourself right at home. When it’s time to get ready for the day you can do so in the fabulous two-part bathroom. The powder room right off the bedroom offers a large mirror, an additional sink, and plenty of counter space for all of your toiletries without limiting access to the bathroom.

The beautifully decorated living room has a sleeper sofa, offering additional bedding options for your stay. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while taking in the scenery and sea breeze on the private patio. I recommend staying here. It’s a very nice area with access to what I think are tennis courts or pickleball courts. There is a lap pool (20m long I estimate). It across the street from the beach. There is vegetation surrounding the area so it was very pleasant. The apartment is nice cozy very clean. It has everything you need except for basic food items (salt, pepper, cooking oil…) that is the only downside imo. But it’s common in most Airbnb’s today. They do however provide you with laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, a few trash bags, small shower items (shampoo, bodywash, conditioner) and so on, which is very nice imo… all and all I think it’s a very nice place for 1 to 4 people (don’t know how many people are allowed actually)… ideal for couples imo

Had everything we needed after a long day at the festival and then some!

Very comfy and spacious, loved the bathroom and shower! We used the pull out mattress and there were no extra blankets for it, just some sheets. That’s the only con I can think of!

Very comfortable accommodation! Friendly people staying/living near. Parking and pool are close by. I would appreciate a full length mirror somewhere in the unit, other than that - everything you need.

Would definitely book again!

Very cozy and convenient! A little noisy upstairs at 11 pm with someone moving furniture around but otherwise it was great. Carpet could be replaced but not horrible.

This space is clean and comfortable-perfect for our short stay, but would be great for a longer visit as well. While we did not use the kitchen, it looks to have all you’d need if cooking. Bed and shower are good.
We loved being able to walk to the beach…bring a wagon for your stuff! The pool and tennis courts were nice to have easy access to as well.
Go for this if it’s available. You should not have any complaints!
