The perfect getaway spot. We were able to walk to the beach, and return to the condo for lunch. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with minimal traffic at peak hours, and virtually none after dark. It took only 5 minutes including an easy and safe crosswalk across the street, to get to the beach and watch the sunrise.
