Seacrest is one of New Smyrna Beach's high-end, oceanfront complexes on the non-driving beach. This deluxe complex was built in 2007 and is composed of 39 units. Guests and residents are pampered with direct beach access, an oceanfront pool and hot tub, a waterfront fitness center, underground garage parking, and a social room with a catering kitchen and billiards area.
