Welcome to Seaward B503! A 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, where breathtaking views await. Seaward condos are tucked away on New Smyrna Beach’s peaceful and quiet car-free beach, ensuring that you and your guests have a relaxing atmosphere for your vacation fun. Accommodating up to 8 guests easily, this beautiful condo is the perfect setting for a fantastic family getaway. Start making memories that will last a lifetime at Seaward B503!

Seaward is a classic New Smyrna beach oceanfront complex located on the southern, non-driving portion of the beach. Built in 1972, the property has 48 individual units in its 4-story building. All of the units, both the two-bedroom/two-bath and the 3-bedroom/ 2- bath, sport large balconies and ocean views. Seaward has a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool, both of which overlook the beach. The sunning deck is spotted with many chairs and lounge chairs and provides the perfect spot to relax by the water with your favorite book. Most Seaward units have washers and dryers located inside the unit. There are also laundry facilities on site. The complex is also equipped with two elevators.

Seaward is located on the south side of the 13 miles of coastline that encompass New Smyrna Beach. Mosquito Lagoon, a great fishing, boating, and canoeing spot; JB's Fish Camp, a popular local restaurant; and the Canaveral National Seashore are all nearby. The New Smyrna Beach Municipal Golf Course is located less than 8 miles away. Many other courses are within 15 miles. Enjoy quiet walks on the non-driving portion of the beach, golf outings, bike rides, and trips to historic Flagler Avenue. New Smyrna is known as "Central Florida's Beach" due to its proximity to Orlando, a worldwide vacation destination, and its popularity with Central Florida locals. All of Central Florida's well-known attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, are easy day trip options for you and your family when you vacation at Seaward. Take advantage of all that this beautiful area has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at Seaward Condominium in New Smyrna Beach. The location couldn’t have been better right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and easy access to everything the area has to offer.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the property was, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beach. The amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and safe.
Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a family beach trip, Seaward is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Smyrna Beach!

The condo was as described, very clean and in very good condition. Looked recently updated. Plenty of room for the 5 people that stayed there. We would rent it again if we returned.
Not in the description, but well stocked with beach chairs (4), skim board (1), bodyboards (2) and lots of beach towels. Lots of left behind laundry detergent and dish washer pods. Card and board games provided as well. Remote control fans in the living room and master were nice to have.
The location is right off the beach and much quieter than the public New Smyrna Beach area. About 15 mins from the downtown area, but plenty of places to eat at closer to the condo.
Only nice to have that was not provided was shampoo and conditioner but we managed.
Check in and check out process was pretty easy. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived earlier than expected.

We have stayed at other units in this complex and this one was by far the nicest. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The only negative we experienced involved the door lock. It’s corroded from the salty air and hard to get to latch without using some force.

We stayed at the property while we were in Daytona for bike week. It was excellent and was a great place to get out of the madness. Pool was fun. And you are on the beach. Very clean and nice. Excellent place to stay.

We stayed 5 days and had family in to celebrate my husband and sister in law who both turned 50 and everything about this condo was perfect! The only downside was that the elevator service was spotty. We would definitely stay again!
