Great quiet location for hanging out, walking the beach, and as a hub for doing a fishing charter at Mesquito Lagoon, and day tripping to Daytona, and Kennedy Space Center. "Convenient walk out to beach - Beautiful unit with a stocked kitchen with everything you need, just get some groceries. Made full meals for my family. While all other units have a balcony ours was a patio we could walk out to the lawn and from the door to sand is 80 steps - I counted! Convenient dock with showers, nice big pool area, also very close to the unit. Only thing that could improve is the king mattress. It wasn’t awful, but a little worn and hard. Kids room had very comfy beds. It’s a great spot! Very happy with our vacation there."

"Amazing relaxing getaway! - Loved our stay here! We took a spur of the moment girls trip to the beach and were so impressed with this property. The ocean-front access is no joke, beautiful view and literally a 30 second boardwalk to the beach. The whole place felt updated, clean, and comfortable. When we were tired of the beach, the pool was right next to our condo (which came with all the pool necessities!). Would highly recommend this place for a friends trip or family vacation. "Best Vacation Ever - Wow, the owners take EXCELLENT care of this property. It could not be a cuter interior design with a great stove/fridge/sink etc. Sometimes these types of condos are so cheesy in their decorations, but this is the perfect mix of beach feel with class. Enough room to sleep five comfortably with the one big bed, two full, and the couch! The most unbelievable part is the beautiful ocean view. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere that wasn't a walk-out to the ocean. And right next to the pool as well! I can't say enough good things, we will be back ASAP."

"Last minute vacation!! - My husband and I got the opportunity to visit with our son, daughter-in-law and grandson (Age 2) last minute. We rented this unit because of the location and it was perfect! Ground floor unit with direct access to the pool and beach! The pictures are very accurate. We enjoyed the indoors and outdoors. They had all the amenities they describe in the listing with the exception of beach chairs. There were two there, but one was completely rusted and broken and the other had rust on it as well, but we just covered it with a towel and used it. We had flown down, so were not able to bring our usual beach equipment, but it worked out fine, as our son brought a couple of his beach chairs (they live in Deltona), so we all just swapped out playing in the ocean and sitting. It was a perfect weekend in a GREAT condo. Will stay here again!"

"Great Location and Fishing!!! - My family and I stayed here in August.We had a great vacation here.This unit was perfect for us ,on the first floor and right next to the pool.Just walk right out of the front or back door and your right there at the pool or walkway to the beach.Easy to carry your beach goodies,like chairs,fishng poles coolers etc.. The surf fishing was great!
This unit had everything we needed ,from beach towels to a blender.Pretty much everything to cook and serve great meals or try one the local restaurants just minutes away.We also like the idea of this place being about 15 to 20 minute drive to Daytona speedway,Daytona Dog Track and Poker Room,also the shopping malls.

"Relax and unwind - I have stayed at this location twice and just love it , love that it's bottom floor and on a corner! Great view of pool from kitchen and nice view from patio,, nothing like hearing the ocean! Great restaurants all around my favorites "The Garlic" and being from Boston... "Best Stay in New Symrna Ever! - My husband and two children stayed in your unit the first full week in October. I am a 41 year-old and have been coming to New Smyrna with my family since I was twelve. By far this was the best unit I have ever stayed in!
