Communication from the host was very proactive and helpful. The directions to and access of the unit were perfect. The condo was spacious and well cleaned. And the view is stunning from the lanai. Our daughter, her husband, and grandkids had plenty of room between the three bedrooms. The grandkids loved getting to choose between swimming in the pool or going onto the beach and into the ocean. It could not have worked out any better. We loved it.

My husband and I spent 5 days with our daughter and 4 grandchildren. The balcony and view was amazing. The condo was family friendly, roomy, clean, felt like home, and the beds were comfortable. The kids especially loved the drawer full of movies, games, binoculars and watching the dolphins. The heated pool and beach were also amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean space, looked exactly like the pictures. Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the fully stocked kitchen. Upon arrival I called for assistance getting into the unit, that was handled quickly however we did have a maintenance issue with the toilet and that took a few hours to handle.

Our condo in New Smyrna Beach was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. We were only there for a long weekend and looking for beach time. This place delivered, with beautiful balcony views and a short walk to the beach! Great Oceans Condos and Homes management started communicating with us a couple of weeks before our visit. There is an App that has all the information you need. We did have a small issue with the AC not working before our stay, but Great Oceans called us immediately and provided temporary AC's until they could get it fixed. Definitely Recommend!

We’ve stayed at Shorehom quite a few times, and we absolutely love it every time! The views from the penthouse were absolutely stunning — you can’t beat waking up to that ocean view.
