Our condo in New Smyrna Beach was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. We were only there for a long weekend and looking for beach time. This place delivered, with beautiful balcony views and a short walk to the beach! Great Oceans Condos and Homes management started communicating with us a couple of weeks before our visit. There is an App that has all the information you need. We did have a small issue with the AC not working before our stay, but Great Oceans called us immediately and provided temporary AC's until they could get it fixed. Definitely Recommend!

We loved our stay & the view was simply wonderful. Perfect for a family getaway to enjoy the coast. We had an issue with the A/C that left the place uncomfortably warm, though the host was quick to address with a same-day technician. We'd absolutely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Shorehom quite a few times, and we absolutely love it every time! The views from the penthouse were absolutely stunning — you can’t beat waking up to that ocean view.
