Welcome to your dream beach escape! This stylishly renovated designer home offers the perfect mix of comfort and luxury—just minutes from the ocean. You will feel like you just stepped into your own private HG Beach getaway!
The minute you drive up and park and step out of your car and see the lush grass and step inside the home where everything has a place and is thoughtfully laid out with intention you will instantly relax and settle in. On your right you have the primary king bedroom and queen guest bedroom and shared bathroom. In the family room you have a comfy sectional sofa, huge tv, and built in desk- step through to the eat in kitchen where you have seating for four, -an access hallway leads to the following: garage, (golf cart is parked in garage and is not available for cars) laundry room, outdoor area with pergola, seating for six, hammock, grill, fire pit, large yard, and a door to the separate secondary primary bedroom studio ensuite.

The Separate Secondary Primary Bedroom Ensuite may be accessed through the hallway from the main level of the house and there is also a second private entrance located in the backyard with lighted paved pathway. There is a daybed, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, TV downstairs and King bed, walk in closet, and bathroom upstairs. Private firepit, outdoor seating, patio, shed, and outdoor shower directly outside this back entrance. This space is heated and cooled by two window units total: one on each level.
