About Sunrise Complex:

Sunrise Condominium, located in New Smyrna on the no-driving, turtle-friendly section of New Smyrna Beach, offers beachgoers a delightful experience with its spacious, 2 and 3-bedroom oceanfront condos, large balconies, and abundant amenities. The beachy, coral-colored building stands eight stories high. The condo has an elevator, and the oceanfront location makes walks to the beach an easy endeavor. Amenities include the beautiful seasonally heated oceanfront swimming pool, an oceanfront sundeck, tennis, shuffleboard, and basketball courts, a two-level parking garage, and even gas grills for cookouts.

Great comfortable place to stay. The only thing would've been nice to had another roll of toilet paper and paper towel. we only had a half a roll in of toilet paper in each bathroom. if your flying into town you don't want to have to buy toilet paper when you get in town. or maybe you do.

Sunset 302 was spacious enough for 6 people. Our code didn’t work at check-in, but we were able to call and get a person to reset it right away after normal hours. Condo is stocked well for the beach, but no laundry supplies so bring your own. Great place to hear the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep. Will definitely rent again!!

The space was exactly what we needed for a girls trip. The bonus nook with the two additional single beds worked out perfectly for our group of 5.
