About Sunrise Complex:

Sunrise Condominium, located in New Smyrna on the no-driving, turtle-friendly section of New Smyrna Beach, offers beachgoers a delightful experience with its spacious, 2 and 3-bedroom oceanfront condos, large balconies, and abundant amenities. The beachy, coral-colored building stands eight stories high. The complex has an elevator, and the oceanfront location makes walking to the beach easy and convenient. Amenities include the beautiful seasonally heated oceanfront swimming pool, an oceanfront sundeck, tennis, shuffleboard, and basketball courts, a two-level parking garage, and even gas grills for cookouts.

Great Ocean Condos is the perfect place to stay for vacation!! The view was incredible and beautiful and just perfect. Being able to wake up and just hear the ocean waves in the morning was just incredible. We felt right at home there. Everything we needed was provided for the most part. We loved every minute of our stay. Oh and getting to walk the beach at night was awesome!! The only complaint we have is the AC wasn’t very cold. There were fans but not sure if it is because the AC has to be stuck on a certain temperature or if something was wrong but that was our only complaint. It was a beautiful place to stay overall and we treated it like it was our home. We will definitely be coming back to experience this again.

We had an awesome stay here! Impressed with how clean and spacious the condo was. Beds and living room couches were super comfy, and views from the balcony/windows were beautiful. We also really appreciated all of the provided beach gear.
Check-in and check-out were seamless. Garage parking was a huge plus because we didn’t have to worry about getting into a super hot car. Construction didn’t significantly impact our experience, especially since it didn’t start until around 8 AM each day.
We would definitely stay here again!

Everything in this beach rental worked, and works VERY well. There is a closet full of beach supplies and a great cart to get it all to and fro. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and, unlike so many beat up beach rentals, everything is new and works - the pots and pans don’t have a single scratch on the teflon. The complex itself takes maintenance seriously - the grounds are clean and well looked after as is the pool and the gas grills are so nice. The condo is not only clean but everything in it is brand new. THE VIEW… speaks for itself. Just perfect. A great example of how they’ve thought of everything is that even with this east facing view, the master bedroom has tinting and two sets of blinds so that you can sleep as late as you like, or you can put the (automatic) blinds up and get as much sunrise as you like.Communication between the hosts and us was crystal clear. I understand the previous renters didn’t like the cost of a late checkout but this was all spelled out ahead of time and the check out process couldn’t have been easier. We’d love to come back. This place is a gem!

I stayed at Subrise 502 for two weeks in December with my young kids and we had a wonderful time with beautiful ocean views and great beach access. The unit is well equipped with pretty much everything an out-of-towner needs from beach chairs, towels, cookware etc. Location is great: just a 5 min walk from a dollar store, Italian restaurant and a bakery....or walk 1.5 miles on the beach to more coffee shops, grocery stores and restraints. The condo is beautiful and perfectly furnished in my opinion. We had a few maintenance issues which were resolved same day and the support staff was very accessible and responsive. I would certainly return and my kids already want to go back. A great vacation, thanks!

We had great stay! The photos were exactly as pictured. 5th floor, ocean front, overlooking the pool and the beach.
We greatly appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Very comfortable beds! We all slept great. Plenty of seating in the living room and in the kitchen/dining area. It was exactly what we were looking for on our beach vacation. A hidden gem just down the road, that is totally walkable, is a strip mall that has an Italian restaurant, an Ice cream shop, a great breakfast spot, a liquor store and a Dollar General Market that we were able to find everything we needed from groceries to flip flops. We would completely stay again if we are ever back in the area.
