Sunrise Condominium, located in New Smyrna on the no-driving, turtle-friendly section of New Smyrna Beach, offers beachgoers a delightful experience with its spacious, 2 and 3-bedroom oceanfront condos, large balconies, and abundant amenities. The beachy, coral-colored building stands eight stories high. The condo has an elevator, and the oceanfront location makes walks to the beach an easy endeavor. Amenities include the beautiful oceanfront swimming pool, an oceanfront sundeck, tennis, shuffleboard, and basketball courts, a two-level parking garage, and even gas grills for cookouts.

Loved the condo! Cleanliness was fantastic! Everything you needed in kitchenware and loved the labeling on the cabinets. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer or iron which we really needed. Contacted management and they said they would take care of it but never heard a word back!

10 out of 10. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Nathan was great with communication throughout the entire process. The place was very clean, and had everything you could think of (and more) available to us. My daughter especially enjoyed the little snack basket on the counter. :) Location was perfect for our weekend, and really enjoyed the quiet residential neighborhood setting.

This is a wonderful unit that is extremely well cared for. Very clean all around & well appointed. Excellent blow up mattress on pull out couch that is a great upgrade to usual couch mattresses. Lovely views to the east & north. Absolutely would return to this unit. A fantastic value all around!
