This place is incredible! Close enough to the beach to make it walkable, but far enough from the downtown area to give some quiet evenings and feels very safe.
We took a long weekend trip with our pup and 2 month old baby boy and loved every second. The house was exactly as pictured, extremely clean and very spacious. The yard was perfect for our pup! Hot tub was very clean and relaxing after long days at the beach.
The local recommendations for food, drinks, and happy hour were spot on too. We’ve stayed in a lot of air bnbs over the years but we will go out of our way next time we’re in town to stay here. 10/10 highly recommend the Tiki Townhouse!

This airbnb was the perfect place for my group of 8! We all slept comfortably, and had the most amazing time. The backyard was amazing for grilling and the outdoor shower post beach was a nice touch. The ping pong table was also definitely in use. Only about a 5 min walk to the beach which was amazing!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights and felt very much at home. I liked that the bedrooms were on a different level than the living area. The backyard was nice to relax and visit with family in. Once it hit dusk though there are little bugs that bite your legs. We walked across the street to the beach, very convenient location. Some things I would point out, we enjoyed this was a pet friendly property, as we brought along our little pup, but since the back yard is turf, there is a sign that the dogs cannot do their business back there. I understand and we would have picked up anything that she left behind, but it was a little inconvenient to have to go out front, and it's on a busy street. And lastly, if you have any smokers in your group, there is no smoking on any balcony nor the backyard. Aside from these minor things, we would recommend this property.

The place was perfect for our group during bike week. Loved the 2 level deck, quiet backyard, and the size of the driveway. Everything was perfect for our 6 adult group, 5 motorcycles, and two trucks and trailers. Wasn’t an issue but just a heads up for others with trailers. The approach into the driveway was too steep to back in so we had to be creative using the space to prevent the trailers from dragging. We made it work but it was a surprise when we showed up. The neighbors driveways were what we used to back in at an angle. Over all, the place was a home run for us.
