Best of all, you’re steps from the sand without paying direct oceanfront rates. Walk out the front doors, cross the street, and you’re at the beach—it really is that easy.

Tranquil Tides was made for vacationing together. Whether you’re bringing the whole family, traveling with friends, or getting everyone together for a long-overdue beach getaway, there is plenty of room to spread out, come together, eat, play, relax, and enjoy each other. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living rooms, two full kitchens, and comfortable spaces on both floors, everyone can find their favorite spot without ever feeling crowded.

The first floor has its own king bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom, making it a great option for anyone who prefers ground-floor living, but it’s also simply another comfortable space for your group to enjoy. The first floor has a full living room, full kitchen, coffee station, island seating for four, soaring ceilings, granite countertops, and its own washer and dryer. It’s an easy place to grab breakfast, make a cup of coffee, settle in with a book, or let the games begin. The home also has plenty of closets throughout, so there’s room for all the things that seem to magically come along on a beach vacation.

Upstairs is the main gathering hub, with a spacious living room flowing into a huge chef’s kitchen and dining area. This is the kind of kitchen where everyone can hang out while dinner is being made instead of disappearing into another room. The dining table seats eight, the island seats three, and there is plenty of space to spread out a board game, deal a hand of cards, or keep the conversation going long after dinner is over. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island, and plenty of room to make anything from a quick beach-day lunch to a full family dinner. There’s another coffee station upstairs with an espresso maker, Keurig, and drip coffee maker, so everyone can have their favorite morning brew.

The upstairs sleeping spaces include a king suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination, plus a spacious double-queen suite with two queen beds, its own ensuite bathroom, double vanities, a walk-in shower with both rain and regular showerheads, and a walk-in closet. The two upstairs suites make it easy for families and groups to settle in comfortably, while the two living areas give everyone options when it’s time to relax. TVs are located in both living rooms and in the double-queen suite. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs, because beach vacations have a funny way of creating laundry faster than anyone expects.

Outside, enjoy the large front balcony overlooking Hill Street with partial ocean views and plenty of room to soak up the coastal atmosphere. The outdoor dining table seats six, with an additional high-top table for four—perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, games, drinks, or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of the beachside neighborhood. The property also has a fully fenced backyard and an enclosed outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach. A gas grill is ready for burgers, fresh seafood, or whatever sounds good after a day in the sun, and beach chairs and beach gear are provided to make getting to the sand even easier.

Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
