This 3-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom mansion resides along New Smyrna Beach's driving shore. When you aren't taking in the view from the second-story balcony, you can do so from either the pool, inside living areas, or the private boardwalk that leads right to the sand.

Before you venture upstairs, explore the main level that opens up from the garage. The foyer exudes grandeur with its baby grand piano, floor-to-ceiling windows, and staircase. Continue past the staircase, and you'll discover fun awaits in the nearby game room. This is the perfect space for late nights with family as the game room holds a pool table, a card table, a large Smart TV, and plenty of furniture for everyone to relax. Located just outside the game room is a wet bar with a full-size fridge and a half bathroom. Guests are welcome to park up to 3 vehicles in the garage. You'll find this space also has a mini gym and a spiral staircase leading to the second level. When you're ready to retire, say goodnight and head to the primary suite on the ground floor. This bedroom pampers with a king bed, ocean views, a Smart TV, a private balcony, and an extra-large closet for your luggage. Guests are truly pampered as the adjoining bathroom has a gorgeous double vanity, jetted bathtub, and large walk-in shower with multiple showerheads. The second and third bedrooms each sleep four as they both provide two queen beds. Bathrooms are located nearby one with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi-style bathtub and shower.
