Your oceanview getaway begins the moment you step into this beautifully renovated two-story coastal retreat! Perched above street level, this private unit occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home, offering both privacy and stunning views. Enter from your own private exterior staircase or through the interior hall entrance, then relax on your private 2nd-floor balcony with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails in the sea breeze. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area with a comfy sleeper sofa, a full eat-in kitchen, and a sparkling bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the 3rd floor features a serene king bedroom with breathtaking ocean views, a cheerful bedroom with two twin beds, and a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For your convenience, there’s also an in-unit washer and dryer on this level. Guests enjoy shared access to the ground-level patio, outdoor shower, firepit, and grill—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Excellent home for a weekend beach vacation. Plenty of towels and starter sundries. 1 min walk to beach. Only downside would be parking . This is a 3 plex home and each unit has two spots but they are tight. Had to get other guest to shuffle their cars so we could park in our designated spot. Other than that one hiccup it was excellent and no complaints. Would return.

The Building location was only steps away from the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. The outdoor shower came in handy with washing off all of the sand from the beach. The house was a perfect size for my stay. Great home with a great view. The host was very helpful with instructions on check in and parking. There were plenty of amenities to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend staying here.
