From this room, enjoy easy access balcony where there are chairs and a table for dining or relaxing. The Living Room is also equipped with a 52 inch flat screen TV and a DVD Player.

Walk in to Oceanwalk 14-307's primary bedroom and witness a comfortable king size bed, private full bath, reading chair, access to the oversize balcony, and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows while on vacation. The second bedroom has a beautifully dressed Queen sized bed, 22 inch TV, and plenty of drawer space to fit everything you need. The third and final bedroom sports two fantastic twin beds for the kids, the third bedroom has a 22 inch TV, and plenty of drawer space as well.

Oceanwalk 14-307 has 2 bathrooms. The very spacious primary bathroom has a walk in shower, separate his and hers sinks and vanities, a beautifully tiled walk in glass shower, and even a jetted tub in the corner. The second bedroom bath has a shower/tub combination with hallway access.

From the patio, you will enjoy a view of the real Florida- the nature preserve that the Oceanwalk complex backs up against is behind your balcony patio. As you relax on the beautiful patio furniture, you will maybe spot a Florida crane or other indigenous bird. Oceanwalk's nature walk boardwalk snakes through the preserve and is an enjoyable activity for nature lovers.

Oceanwalk is located directly across the street from New Smyrna Beach. Building 14 of the large Oceanwalk Complex is one of the closest to the Beach Access crosswalk, so walks across A1A to the ocean are quick and convenient.

Our condo is professionally cleaned after the departure of each guest. We also do a full deep cleaning every year. If you find any issues when you arrive, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to address the situation to your satisfaction, including sending our local professional cleaners out to redo the cleaning. Please allow us the chance to make your Florida beach vacation perfect.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
