Chateau by the Sea has survived the tandem 2022 Fall hurricanes and has been one of the few fully operational complexes in New Smyrna Beach since January 2023. With complete beach access, you can take the stairs to the beach and catch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. There is no visual obstruction of the gorgeous sparkling surf from this unit, 13C, or this complex! This unit is located on ground level where you can conveniently exit your car and in 10 feet be in the front door.

You can see the ocean from the 13C kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Out the back slider is the large unit patio with grass separating you from the pool, just 15 yards away. A few more yards and you can sit on our large new complex patio overlooking the beach or take a few steps and play in the sand and water of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfection!

On beach side without a street to cross to get to the gorgeous beach, this condo is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to include all appliances, designated high speed complimentary WiFi, HDTV, Roku, and 3 flat panel TV's. You also will find USB ports in every room. There are two recliners and a sectional (not for sleeping) in the living room for total comfort. All bedding linens and bath towels are provided. We also provide beach toys, beach chairs, swim noodles and a pack-n-play. The resort has a seasonally heated swimming pool, onsite laundry, shuffleboard, and gas grill.

Please note that this condo is not handicap-accessible but grab bars are available in the showers for your safety.

Don't forget to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or purchase them locally: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, sunscreen and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Chateau by the Sea has a beautifully landscaped courtyard with lush grass, palm trees, and seasonally blooming tropical plants. The courtyard has a large grassy area which separates the pool from the units. The unique 'U' shape of the complex gives a very private homey feeling.

There is an onsite team keeping the complex neat and clean daily. Our condominium community boasts a family friendly atmosphere and low-density accommodations on our spacious property. Kodak moments in all directions just waiting for you from the bright sunrise to the moon shining crystals on the ocean surf. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the condo.

This complex is right next to the beautiful 27th Avenue Beachfront Park. Amenities at the 3 acre park to include a children’s playground, boardwalk, basketball and racquetball courts, picnic area and pavilion, fishing and swimming on the beach, restrooms, and a natural beach area. Across the street is a 7/11 and Izzy's Ice Cream and Tacos shop!

So much to do in NSB ~ the whole vacation package without the amusement park. Truly, the old Florida we all love! But don't be fooled, lots of local beach shops and privately owned restaurants close by. Port Orange is just 10 miles away if you want to take in a movie or shop until you drop.
