This two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway charms guests with a colorful interior, private backyard, and prime location. With NSB's best boutiques and restaurants less than 2 miles away (on both sides!), you'll find fun on every corner. The condo is walking distance to the serene river waters and less than 2 miles from the public beach access. Experience beach town living when you book a 30-night (or longer!) vacation in Dolphin Cove 45.

Your home away from home will greet you with a playful, bright atmosphere. The condo's open layout is composed of light tones with pops of color. After your day of traveling, you'll be more than eager to relax in the living room. The living area has a chic, suede couch and armchair that will seat your group comfortably. In the evening you can either play board games with family or watch movies on the 38" Smart TV with cable.

This room naturally flows into the kitchen and dining area. Whether you love cooking or not, you'll feel inspired to try in such an aesthetic kitchen. White cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a butcher block island make it a photo-worthy space. There's no need to bring anything but groceries as it's stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, crockpot, 3qt instant pot, Magic Bullet, and all the essentials you should need. When you're ready to eat, you can dine at the nearby table for four.

If you'd rather spend a warm evening outdoors, step out to the condo's backyard. This space is enclosed with a tall white fence so your pup can safely play and for privacy purposes. You'll find a gas grill and a patio with four Adirondack chairs for the nights you want to cook out. Leave the car behind and opt for an easy 1-2-mile bike ride to either Canal Street or Flagler Avenue. Two beach cruisers are provided so you can leisurely explore New Smyrna Beach!

When you're ready to retire, you'll find the primary bedroom awaiting you. A Casper king bed, ample storage space, and a 36" flat-screen TV with Firestick will make your bedtime routine flow as if you were at home. The primary bathroom is updated with beautiful backsplash tiling, marble counter tops, and a standard bathtub with a moveable showerhead.

Two others will claim the second bedroom as their own. This space accommodates with a Casper queen bed, 21" flat-screen TV with Firestick, and personal workspace. With high-speed WiFi, a wireless printer, and a comfortable desk chair, you can easily work remote during your time here. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a marble-top vanity and a standard bathtub. No need to take laundry off-site as the condo provides a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable TV, a drip coffee maker, crockpot, instant pot, beach cruisers, beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, a full washer and dryer, and a designated parking spot. Your dog is welcome to join your vacation; please know there is a pet fee per dog (maximum of 2).

There is a boat slip available for use. If you are bringing a boat, you must first get approval from Great Ocean Condos and Homes. Boat title must be in the name of renter and dock rules must be signed prior to arrival.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

When you're not exploring NSB, stroll the boardwalk, cast your line at the fishing dock, and kick back by the on-site fire pit. Dolphin Cove is is biking distance from both Flagler Avenue and downtown Canal Street - both lined with popular dining and shopping! Flagler Avenue's public beach entrance is only a 5-minute drive from the complex.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
