The main living room of this beautifully decorated home is on the second floor and features hardwood floors and comfortable leather seating around a large flat screen TV. French doors and large windows offer up amazing views of the lagoon, as well as access to a screened in porch area. There you will find comfortable chairs, making it a perfect spot for soaking in the beautiful natural habitat.

The open floor plan combines the living room, dining area and kitchen offering a nice communal feel whether you are relaxing on the couch or cooking in the kitchen. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and is well-equipped with everything needed to make a home-cooked meal. The granite bar with 4 stools is a great place to watch the cook in action or grab a quick bite before heading out to the beach. Between the kitchen and living room you will find a large dining room table with ample seating for 8.

On the first floor is a "mother-in-law" suite complete with a cozy living room, small dining area with seating for 4, a bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom with a walk-in shower plus stacked washer and dryer. TV's can be found in the living room and bedroom along with plenty of storage space.

"Amazing Getaway - This is a beautiful home with amazing surroundings. I am so thankful the owner allowed us the opportunity to experience their paradise. This idealic location was perfect for rest, relaxation and recharging. This home offers all the amenities and offers a comfortable homey atmosphere. Wether spending time in the beautiful home or watching wildlife (manatees, dolphin, otters and and nesting owls) from the dock each day was just what we needed. I am in hopes that we can visit again soon. Many thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us."

"Great space in a great location - The property was as advertised! Open floor plan and nice sized rooms made our stay super comfortable! There are some minor maintenance things needed but the overall condition of the house was terrific!"

"This is the one ! - The property was better than we actually expected! The pictures didn't do it justice. All rooms were nicely appointed, and the Master bedroom specifically, was really great . A spacious kitchen, combined with an open floor plan, comfortably housed our [2] families, totaling 14 people. The lower level in law quarters was the equivalent of a 1/1 apartment! Kudos to the owners, for choosing to install an elevator in the home , as it was a necessity, quite frankly. All this, and the wrap around terraces on the exterior of the home, made for a great home. The location was great, as we were on the picturesque lagoon, and a mere 4 block walk from the Ocean. A 7 minute drive will got us to multiple restaurants, a Publix supermarket and a very quaint downtown. Now, In full transparency, certain things could use a little attention. - - The television in the Grand Room has a wonderful surround sound system, which took us 2 days to figure out. Prior guests may have messed with it. The tv itself also had a finicky remote which ultimately needed battery replacement. -The ceiling fans throughout the home all run with remote controls, and said remotes were temperamental. -We were without wireless internet for our first 48 hours. Now, All calls to customer service were immediately received with extreme professionalism, consideration and patience, but the SOLUTIONS to said problems took longer than we would have liked. None of the above aggravations would be enough to deter our return or recommend the property. I mention them, as these things slightly dampened our stay, and if addressed , will make for a better holiday for all who follow. Last , and of utmost importance and not to be dismissed - - Upon leaving, the cleanup crew came by , took inventory, and noticed some things had been compromised - - A broken lamp, towels misplaced, a tv remote was missing, and scratches had been found on the wood floor, previously unaccounted for. We were asked for possible explanations, for which frankly, we had none. We couldn't fess up to having done any of these things, but , couldn't prove our innocence either. We were thanked for answering to the best of our abilities, and NOT CHARGED ONE PENNY FOR ANYTHING. This alone, was the icing on our cake. Sooooo, all said , a great home, run by good people, in a quaint beach town. GO FOR IT !"
